Brr is right. The furnace failed at some point last night. As far as I can tell it is a bad thermocouple. The Furnace man is coming out today, actually any minute now. At $160 for the trip charge and the parts and labor on top of that I could be a high mileage day on the card. The furnace is 20 years old and it is time to bid farewell.
